  2. Hi, it will help you stay fit and it’s good cardio for you. You will still need to get in shape a bit for running outside when spring comes. When you jog in place indoors, your feet hit the floor differently than they do outside, so you won’t work all the muscles inside like you do running outside, but it’s still worth doing. Please check out my 10 minute cardio video. I think you will find that helpful too for staying in shape during the winter.

    I have a question about jogging. I took a jogging class and learned that I actually can enjoy jogging and the joy of setting goals and accomplishing them in this way. Over the summer I plan to start again. It snows a lot and I can’t afford a treadmill. Will jogging in place do during the winter months? I just don’t know how I can keep it up when the weather gets rough. I hope you can help. Thanks!

  7. Hi, warm humid weather helps hair to grow faster; that’s why we tend to grow hair so well in the summer months as opposed to the winter months.

    Hi, I really believe that you can do too much to your skin to get rid of pimples and make your skin look worse. Breakouts are very much a hormonal cycle tied to your period and often when your period is finished. your skin will look so much better. My suggestions is to cleanse morning and night with Cetaphil or Purpose Face Wash and apply either Persagel or Clearasil acne treatment daily. Be sure you keep your hands off of your face and that your scalp oils are controlled if they are excessive

    do you know any remedys, products or tips on how to prevent greasy skin, because i hardly ever ware makeup and always wash my face morning and night but my skin gets really greasy oh and love your videos by the way 🙂

    It’s normal to lose some hair every day. If you are losing more than around 100 hairs a day, or noticing large clumps in the tub after shampooing, please see your doctor. The best thing you can do to grow hair is to eat a well balanced healthy diet rich in vegetables and protein and other vitamins, and make sure you get enough sleep.
