Starting Weight: January 1, 2008 – 287.5 lbs

Since last Sunday .. I have been back to counting and marking down all my points. Coming up this weekend, March 15-16, we’re having a – (gulp) – Eating Fest. It was my mom’s birthday March 11th and my wife’s birthday March 13th. We are alternating the family gatherings on Saturday (her family) and Sunday (my family). Thankfully, because of the amount of potential food this weekend .. I didn’t eat much for dinner last night (Thursday) so, I think that helped keep the points down 🙂
3 points is great for me – and shows if I pay attention to it, I can do it! But, I worry for next week.
