Become active by taking up sport or a new hobby and spend more time with your family and friends who support you. Diversion is the name of the game and you must always reward yourself for every objective you meet and every hurdle you get over.

  1. The strangest thing Ive found about drinking is that if you look at most people who do it, you would have to almost believe that everyone at one time or another has an alcohol problem. Mine is that I can go for months and then drink two beers and find myself plastered, doing lines of coke and shooting liquor unitl the middle of the next day. Then I go two more months thinking Im good and..wow…repetition.
