Today’s Weight: February 8, 2008 – 279.5 lbs
Last Week’s Weight: February 1, 2008 – 279.0 lbs

Starting Weight: January 1, 2008 – 287.5 lbs

>> I GAINED 0.5 lbs during this period
>> YTD LOSS 8.0 lbs since January 1, 2008


I don’t get it. I was over my weekly flex points last week, and lost .. this week I was under my weekly flex point alotment and gained weight … // oh yes – that’s right .. Mongolian Stirfy at 9pm on the night before a weigh-in is not a good idea .. too much water in the vegetables I guess! Now I get it.

  1. Yah .. 🙂 I can say that after the fact I did better on last Friday’s weigh in.

    Here’s the local menu for Palatal Restaurant. I work out that a regular size meal is 7 points, and “mongolian” size is 9 points, and I usually add 1-2 points extra depending how much sweet & sour sauce I add in addition to that.

    btw – good luck on your diet!
