Today’s Weight: January 18, 2008 – 282.0 lbs
Last Week’s Weight: January 11, 2008 – 284.5 lbs

Starting Weight: January 1, 2008 – 287.5 lbs

>> I LOST 2.5 lbs during this period
>> YTD LOSS 5.5 lbs since January 1, 2008

Reflection

Despite my chocolate fetish yesterday, and my All-You-Can-Eat Chinese Buffet last Saturday Night .. I am happy with the figures. If I can keep up with NOT splurging every day, and at least keep up watching the portions the rest of the times, I should be good.

I am drinking a lot of water, and getting my oils with the salads. Besides just watching the portions and counting points, part of the Weight Watcher plan is to also include fruits into my diet and I haven’t really had any in 2008. I have to work on this .. instead of Sweet & Salty Almond or Chocolate bars or Thinsations cookie Snacks.
