Handful of Cheerios or two .. – say, 3 points

Dinner

Salad – 0 points
with Red Peppers – 0 points
with 2 TBSP Blue Menu Caesar Dressing – 2 points
with 1 TBSP Bacon Bits – 1 point
with 1 TBSP Sunflower Seeds – 1 point
UPDATE: Add 14 Croutons – 2 points

Red Delicious Apple – 1 point
with 2 TBSP of Honey – 2 points
Green Grapes – 2 cups – 2 point

SUMMARY

>> total 36 38 points
>> OVER By 4 6 points .. 31 29 splurge flex points remain
