>>> While I probably won’t be changing my eating habits .. I will be trying to self-manage portion controls this week to see if I can make a better difference in my weight loss process. I know my personal situation and I believe I am eating better than I used to be eating (or, you tell me! All the pictures are pretty much in here) .. and I am happy to be down 7 lbs. It’s the down 7 pounds in 9 weeks that bothers me. To reach my ideal weight loss goal (as per the ticker) .. I should be down 18 lbs by now losing 2 lbs per week. My personal goal is to lose at least 50-60 pounds by October, so really I should be at least 9-10 lbs down by now. I go up .. I go down .. I should only be going down.
