THE HART SERIES: Monday Weigh In: Week 5

Reflection:

My plan this week was .. not to go in excess of 15 into my splurge flex points .. however, I ended up going over by 14 and ate 49 splurge points. But, I did some walking and exercise this week moving files up and down from the 2nd floor to the basement. I wonder what it would have been like if I didn’t eat all that stuff on Saturday, but you know how it is at relative’s birthday party days .. But, I did eat lots – but in moderation.

I call this past week a success.

Oh – crap. I started looking around for Treadmills, and the prices, for the ones that fit my needs, want and current weight .. are .. a little more than I thought they would be. I’ve checked out the cheap ones from SuperStore, but it wasn’t electronic. I still think the way to go is to get the better machine – it will last longer and I will use it more, if it works properly. Time for savings and more billings at work! 🙂 My $100 wishlist treadmill will probably be at least $1600 with taxes.
