Pita Pocket pouch, 2-halves for 2 sandwiches – 5 points
200g shaved Turkey Breast – 4 points
Plain (no mayo or extras)
“Death By Chocolate” Cake – 14 points

Snacks during the day

NutriGrain Sweet & Salty Chocolatey Almond Bar – 3 points
NutriGrain Sweet & Salty Chocolatey Almond Bar – 3 points

Dinner

26 Wheat Thins – 4 points
with 3 Skim Cheese Slices – 3 points
1-1/3 cup HART’s Famous Pasta Salad – 4 points
and an Orange – 1 point

SUMMARY

>> Total 47 points
>> OVER by 15 points, 13 splurge flex points remain

>>> My wife went out to a fancy restaurant with her workout friends .. (they do that once a month) .. and brought us back a few pieces of “Death By Chocolate” Cake (as I’m told it’s labelled on the restaurant label) .. I personally calculated that to be about 8 points, but my wife took 14 points and I didn’t want an argument otherwise, she’ll never bring me more of these yummy desserts home! 😀
